Thanks Al! Added some ribs (spares and baby backs) to the smoker this morning about 8:30 or so. Butts were looking darn good at that point.

Thanks! I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. Definitely prefer the pellet to the electric. I missed getting finished pictures. The hungry monsters beat me to the meat. [emoji]128522[/emoji]

Yes I did. The smaller butt didn't have much fat to score but I did what was there.
