Ok! Two butts, I’m using oak ridge seasoning. I always take a family member with me to the BBQ “porn” store, to sample rubs with me for a bit, until they raise their eyebrows, and say, “wow!”
This is the second time they fell in love with the oak ridge seasoning. I prepped them yesterday afternoon, one is fatcap up, and one is down.
