MIL bought round a pork shoulder for a birthday party thats happening tonight.. pulled pork is on the menu!
Smoking at 250 - 270 over hickory smoke.. high sweet and low heat on this one, the lady of the houses family arent big on hot food, currently sitting at 151F
Since i had the smoker fired up, why not throw on some pork ribs for lunch? Did 2-2-1 and they were super tender, pull apart easily, just shy of fall off bone which is the way we like them
Foiled with cider vinegar, brown sugar, butter and honey
Glazed with some commercial bbq sauce but added some cayenne to kick it up a notch
