Butt, Rib and a tenderloin for Saturday

Picked up a pork butt and a pack of spare ribs for Saturday, we have a leftover pork tenderloin also getting stuffed and smoked. The q-view starts with the pork butt getting rubbed and put into the fridge for an overnight sit.
