I am going to have to try this one! Looks awesome! Do you have a recipe?
Sure i have a recipe!! Its really very simple.

For 3 lbs of pork i used

2 1/2 tbs of kosher salt ( give or take according to your taste )

6 tbs of freshly ground pepper

3/4 tbs of grated nutmeg

3 tbsp of wine vinegar ( red or white your choice i used red)

3 cloves of fresh minced garlic

That's it very simple yet very good. You can just grill them or pan sear them.

Sometimes simple is best, huh. A sausage with that much pepper in it I'm gonna like.....put on the -to-do' list...thx. As always, I enjoy your sausage riffs...Willie

Okay I'm in! I love super simple recipes and this one hits the mark spot on! Your plated shot sealed the deal, Fantastic!!! Thanks for sharing!

Gotta say the sausage recipe looks excellent!  I am struck by how beautiful the baguette looks too.  Nicely done!  Great skills!!!
