It was quite the weekend. We were prepping for some upcoming catering gigs.
We started off with 2 cases of boston butt.
Some coworkers had asked for brisket, so I obliged.
Also had a request for nuts, plus I had some wasabi from Scarbelly that i have been intending to put to good use since april. We have been collaborating on a wasabi soy smoked almond recipe that finally came together.
And my pellet order from Todd Johnson came in with some unexpected toys that I had to play with.
And I got to spend a brief amount of time with NEPAS in Mooresville yesterday. More detailed threads to come.
