I been busy this morning. I got the smoker fired up and ready. Tonight dinner is going to be beef ribs and pastrami. Im excited because this is going to be the first time I did pastrami. Now Im thinking this low carbs diet isnt that bad....but I do miss carbs. Will post a pic of my ribs and pastrami later. Right now everything in the smoker.

Spike did some QA on the ribs, he says the ribs are good. Here is my finish products from the smoker
