Ordered this burner today. My new smokehouse is made out of 1" cypress and is 4s4x8 with an attached 30"x30"x30 brick firebox. Is it to big? Rate for up to 160,000. I liked this one because it uses outside air.[ATTACHMENT=1065]image.jpg (785k. jpg file)[/ATTACHMENT]

Got scare it would not go low enough so I cancel the order.

Yeah.... you are correct..... 160,000 Btu's is enough to heat a 2,000 sq. ft. house.....

This is a burner many members use.... 3 separate burner rings... great temp control...
