Buffalo sausage.

I saw a post the other day about playing hooky from work and smoking something. So today I stayed home and made some sausage. I had some ground buffalo and a recipe for venison sausage so I replaced the venison with buffalo and away I went.
Pic one is it all mixed up.
Pic two is it all stuffed.
Pic three is a piece I had to try.

I also took some of the links and they are smoking now.
