1 32 oz. Texas Pete

1 pack Grill mates ZESTY HERBS- just seasoning

1 pack Grill mates CHIPOTLE PEPPER-just seasoning

2 TBSP Weber KICK'N CHICKEN

1 tsp garlic powder

4 TBSP unsalted butter

4 shakes of worcestershire

heat to a simmer and reduce for 45 mins. to get a good dark and thick sauce.

Now ready for the wings, dredge wings to coat and place on smoker.will post more pics when done. Ken

Hurry up I want to see these things done! I love me some wings and am ready to try something new. I bet that would be real good inside the wings!

I have injected them before with just straight Texas Pete, but these are alot hotter so no need to inject. will be coming off in a few mins. I will take a couple pics and post then. they will be dry on the outside but juicy on the inside and crispy too.

Those look really good!! I take it that Grill Mates Chipotle is pretty hot? Guess I"m going to have to try those!
 
set the MES 30 at 250* F for the first hr. and then raised it up to 275* for the last hr.Smoke with AMNPS  with hickory.

not as hot as I thought they were going to be, but excellent flavor

1st time on the MES 30 electric. Put them in the oven @ 350* for 30 mins. Next time I will set it up for 3 hrs at 275*F on the smoker. Live and learn!
