Budding plants in February.

I expect this to happen here, in the 60's and 70's the passed few days. Not going to be good. I know we have a couple frosts coming yet.
 
Yep...it's happening here too. Lots of trees with buds on them, and the Bradford pear trees are already in full bloom.

I'm with ya Mose...this can't be a good thing. Cant help but worry we'll have at least one more winter blast that'll wreak havoc on all this vegetation that got tricked into thinking spring's already here.

A guy at our Louisville branch told me today that they tried sitting out on the patio to enjoy the warm weather but mosquitos ran them off. Wow!
 
We're right in the middle of it. Mid-60s Wednesday afternoon, and we've been snowing since last night with up to 9" before it quits tomorrow. Reports already out that the cherry crop here may be wiped out, as those trees had already started budding--not good.

We had the same a few years ago with the Apple orchards. They re-started, but the crop was down. This isn't the first time this has happened....
