Happy Easter to ALL my SMF friends. 

It's been awhile since my last post.  Been busy with my business WHEW I am really thankful for a nice restful day.  I made a delicious "Brunch Pizza Casserole" the other day on my birthday.  It was really tasty - I had to share this recipe with you all. Thanks DS for the belated bday wishes.  YES I had several "cold ones" and a bottle of champagne!  Happy belated birthday to you too my smoking friend.  The weather  warmed up here in the desert.  Might have to fire up my smoker this weekend.  Be blessed my friend.
