Nice set up! Weber for-sure makes awesome grills and with you "behind the wheel" - I am sure it will produce some fantastic meals!

Pics or it didn't happen :emoji_stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Thanks Eric! I did a roast on it. Which came out good. I posted that in the beef section.

Nice rig . Performer deluxe is the way to go . Mines an 2007 . Been thinking about a roto for awhile now too .
Everything looks great . Enjoy that . Did you get the good cover for it ? My cover is same age as the kettle . Its still in great shape .

Thanks! No cover. It stays in the garage when not in use.

Got around, finally, to fire up my new Weber Performer Deluxe grill.

Loaded up and fired it up. That propane starter is the best thing since sliced bread!

Later in the day. I loaded it up again with charcoal and a couple chunks of apple wood. And put on a small sirloin roast that I spiced up the night before
with SPOG.

And had some taters going on the flat top Sorry, no plated shots. The grill did a awesome job!
I am jealous of the rotisserie. 5 likes.
