Well, after waking up every few hours to add wood to the MES and getting some extra birthday money I have ordered Todd's AMNPS and 10 lbs of PMC.  Cant wait for it to get here!  From what everyone here says its the Beez Kneez!

Beez kneez, I got into an argument with a scotish guy over in east aftrica last month and he just kept freakin saying it so I cant get it out of my mind now.  I figure all of you guys are extremely satisfied with the AMNPs so might as well jump on board.

I just ordered one as well after browsing these forums. I just used my MES 30 for the first time yesterday to smoke a brisket. It was quite a hassle to keep loading the chip tray, especially since I started at 2am.

Fired it up last night to smoke a case of hot links.  Worked really well after I got the pellets heated up.  Still had it burning after the links so I smoked the wifey some almonds.  Thanks for the quick processing Todd.  Also, thanks for the free Oak pellets as well!

Im stuck in Africa at the moment but am planning on picking up a pork shoulder and doing some pulled pork with the AMNPS as soon as I get home.  I havent eaten much of anything in the last few days so my mind is running wild on bbq dreams!

Mine is  on order and I have buckboard bacon doing it's thing in the frig. I should get the AMNPS in plenty of time to smoke the bacon.

I have to add that I got mine a little over a month ago.  It is awesome.  It can't be said enough just how useful the AMNPS really is.  I had to play with it the first time to figure out exactly how to get it to work right in my MES30, but now it's as simple as putting a frozen pie in the oven.  Todd sends you a generous portion of different wood pellets to try too if you get his package deal.  Overall great product that I would recommend to anyone.

I ordered mine yesterday with 8lbs of  pellets. Had a confirmation and shipping notice within 1 hour. That's service! Thanks Todd.  Now I just need my new MES 40 to get here so I can use it.
