That is for sure a good looking brisket and you definatly have some good looking smokers you have there too. What kind are those smokers. Are you going to slice that thing for us or did you eat it already.

Those are Pitts&Spitts made here in Hou.The small one is a u18x30, picked it up at a charity auction/cook off.The biggun is a us24x36 ive had it for awhile.
Sorry no sliced Q pics, it didnt make through the Texans game
