Briskets at Costco

For anyone interested, Costco in Raleigh has a big supply of brisket.  Whole packers, sealed, Prime grade, and $2.99/lb.  A good price.  Packing date was a week or so ago, so they can take some aging if you have refrigerator space.  Or store them in the freezer.
