Brisket

This is the only picture I have of the first brisket I smoked on Fathers Day.  I was so nervous about it but I followed directions found on this site and it turned out very good in my opinion.  It was pretty tender flavor was good.  Not sure I sliced it correctly now that I have read more on preparing brisket but none the less here it is.

Thanks everyone I was very pleased with it for a first timer!  Family had no complaints either!  Can't wait to do it again.

looks ok, i mean itd look great on my plate..but other than that yeh it looks ok..lol.
