Describe VooDoo Flavor... hummm tuff one
Also note I smoked with cherry...
This was not over powering but had a presence. Smelling the container you get the onion powder, but after cooking that was not the flavor profile. All I can say is - It complemented the brisket very nicely.

 
Thanks Zippy, I was intrigued by the name. Sounds more like a solid starter rub.
