Put my 14# packer on at 5:30 at 300 like I usually start for a few hours takes me about 10 hrs. At 9a it's 180* wth I've never seen one get hot that fast.
 
I checked my maverick probe with my therma pen. It's at 190 now. [emoji]128563[/emoji][emoji]128563[/emoji]cooled pit down to 225 pork butts are 150* allready too.
 
Sometimes that happens.

It's very frustrating trying to time a meal just right.

Yea I ain't never. [emoji]128514[/emoji]Cut temp down to 220 to let pork butts catch up. Brisket at 192 got beans in the smoker then make room for the Mac n cheese. [emoji]128077[/emoji]
 
Yep in the cooler till moma gets up later she worked till 7am. The two of us won't go hungry today. [emoji]128514[/emoji]
