Brisket Stew on the ECB

So yeah, this stuff turned out very good. The brisket is just at the shredding but staying together chunk stage. The veggies done and beef plus smoke flavors are prominently there. Success! [emoji]128521[/emoji] tomorrow it will be even better.. I had some dinner so I'm not going to plate the stew up today..
It's worth trying..trust me. Brisket flat meat worked great!
