Brisket Score

Have not bought a brisket in very long time. Guess I got spoiled on the cheap ones we use to get. Got this for 50% off this morning. A nice 7.5 lb point. Guess it will wait until this weekend. I normal give most of it away to friends but I think I will freeze some of this one. Might be a couple more years before I buy another!
