Just went to you website. Gotta say, awesome. I wasn't in country, but I was in the Navy 1969-1972 and made two trips close to 'Nam. I see you're from Alabama. I was born and raised in Mississippi. We're cousins from Nam.

Ok... Ok... I might have over reacted to the temp spike I had... It wasn't ruined after all... But if you had to literally saw through the last one I did you'd understand my paranoia.

I know I maybe had cooked it too hot, but I think part of it may have been the meat too.
