About what temp did and roughly how long did you cook the corn?...............................
I saw on Test Kitchen where they didn't clean the corn , just soaked it in freshwater intact .
Cut the tassel end off and grill . When done they cross cut the stalk end and pull everything towards the tassel end . Most everything comes right out / off .
I've been thinking about adding some seasoning to the soak water .

I'll guess around 300 . Usually done around the 30 minute mark .About what temp did and roughly how long did you cook the corn?
Thanks Duff . Was nice to sit outside and tend the cook . Which didn't really need tending . That 26" kettle does a great job as a smoker .Wow! That looks like a great cook and a heck of a nice day!
Thanks for the comment . I do corn several different ways . In the husk on the grill is the easiest .Nice work, that's how I've always cooked my corn.
Thanks David . Those ribs were pretty good . First time in awhile I've done them with wood and charcoal .Man that all looks great! Hankerin for some ribs now.
Lol . Yup . I get better use from breaking them down . I always cross cut and save the point end whole anymore . Can smoke or always grind it later if needed .Dang man you "chopped" that one right out!
Thanks !Another party I'm late for. Dang that looks fantastic.
Thank you sir . I appreciate the comment . Getting back to running some charcoal and wood ..great cook Brother!
