Costco just opened up down the the street from me, I’m super pumped! I got back from a business trip yesterday afternoon and immediately drove over. Picked up a brisket and threw it on this morning. I’ll post up the money shot later today.

I can’t believe how good it turned out. My wife and daughter were quite impressed.

Nice job . It does look good . I've been cooking over charcoal and wood for 30 years . Have yet to do a brisket .
