Brisket leftovers

Was just wondering what ya do with your brisket leftovers. I like to make brisket queso with mine. Good recipes.

Beef strogenof , tacos , Frito pies, enchiladas , beef n noodles... more samich's...

Reheat slices in some beef broth,stock.... just to cover bottom of pan. Sandwiches. Or hot beef and gravy sandwiches with mashed potatoes.

They make awesome brisket chili!

Leftover sliced brisket at my house end up in the freezer and becomes lunch meat. nothing like  heating up your lunch at work and everyone is saying what smells so good!

Philly Brisket Egg Rolls. Fry up julienned peppers & onions. Roll up with diced up brisket and shredded cheese. Fry them up. Fantastic...

i make chopped beef sandwiches with them or i throw some chunks in pinto beans. bigger slices i vacuum seal in pouches  and reheat in boiling water

Sandwiches and chili are always good. However, my favorite has to be mac and cheese. Last time I smoked a brisket  we shredded some leftovers and added to mac and cheese, then smoked the mac and cheese too. Was crazy good.
