This was my second brisket I've ever done! It was a hot and fast approach
I was happy with the result but still think I can do better! Anyone have any advice?

WOW! That has to be one of the Juiciest Brisket I have ever seen. Please give some more details on Temps and Timing...JJ

Thanks! I smoked it at 350 for 2 1/2 hours, wrapped in foil and then smoked for a 1 1/2
After that I take off the smoker still wrapped in foil and wrap in a blanket and let it sit for 3-4 hours. I used mesquite wood for the cook, it's pretty easy to get in Texas haha
