Brisket, eye of round, pork butt and pork belly sticks with 3 pounds of peppers

Made a 55 pound batch and added 3 pounds of habanero and jalapeño. Other goodies too. Dried for 2.5 days

Pulled my brats out of the freezer and did those last Sunday.

The 3 pounds of peppers for the beef mix batch. The brats are pork and chicken, did use a choice brisket for the beef mix , couldn’t find any select on sale, did a brisket and striploin roast couple weeks ago which I do think was a little better
