I'm in for this one, my friend. Heck, I'm in ANY time you do a brisket. Of course I have to admit that I wouldn't know a prime from a select. The only time I see brisket around here is when I buy half a beef. Got one in the freezer right now that I'll be smoking for friends in about a month.
