looks wonderful. I just got done with some wings yesterday and kept on going with a butt overnight. I need to start taking pics.
I love brisket, have yet to do burnt ends. that's on my to do list as I learn more about smoking. I'm lucky I cut the brisket right lol
great job on yours!

Oh ok cool. Is that brisket mop BBQ sauce? I got some south Carolina BBQ sauce I think I'm going to mix with the burnt ends

Those look freaking fantastic Mossy. Since I made some burnt ends from a chuck a little while ago I can't wait till warmer weather hits so I can try brisket burnt ends.

Fantastic looking brisket!
Brisket prices have gone up a bunch down here so I haven't done one in a while.
But yours looks so good, I may just get one anyway!
