Hey i hope everyone is enjoying the new look forums. last weekend i made some brisket with some Beef back ribs, baked beans, and some ABT's.
Onto the Q-view...

Scored the fat cap
Some ABT's

On the smoker covered in Montreal steak seasoning
Some beef back ribs for lunch!
smoking brisket and beans!
Done and resting to take to my Dad's house.

Everything came out great!

Well i try to fill my smoker every time i light her up!

This weekend i will have betty doing my fall beach trip smoke (Ribs, turkey, Boston butt) (thread coming next week) and my WSM doing a 5# jerky cold smoke! both will be full!
