Just purchased at Home Depot one month ago for 299 plus tax. I've used it three times with great results. I've sealed the door up so it doesn't leak smoke, I also added a baffle between the firebox and cooking chamber to even out the temps. It cooks steadily at 250 with no problems. I start the fire with lump and cook with hardwood the entire time. I have NO complaints about this smoker at all. It is seasoned and ready to use now. Only wanting to sell because our baby was born April 28 and I won't have time for those long smokes anymore. If purchased soon, I will throw in ypur choice of either a Weber 18.5 kettle grill or a Brinkmann charcoal bullet smoker. Both of these are in great condition and ready to use.
