Just bought a trailmaster the other day and trying to figure out how big to make the diffuser plate for it???? Anybody can help me out that would be great...
This is a serioes of 1/4" plates lined up across the cooking chamber . They should be on angle iron for stability . Easy to move for heat and smoke , making hotter or smokier areas in the smoker.
Bump against the Baffle from the FB and continue down the CC to about 10" from the end.
:grilling_smilie:I have... I have heard that the diffuser plate gives more of constant temps. I do know the tuning plates would be easier to make. Should baffle be on a 45 degree angle from the FB? Thanks for the help...:grilling_smilie:
