I have read several reviews about the vertical smoker's thermostat. Has anyone tried to calibrate the thermostat.
All you do is boil water taker thermostat put in water until you thermostat stops. If it reads 212 degrees then it is on targer. If not hold head of thermostat and turn nut behind until it reads 212. Then try it and see how it works.
