I've spent the day battling to get through to Brinkmann regarding a parts order! I started on first thing this am - 7:30 here; got a busy signal on a customer response number they gave me - all day long. I tried another of their 800 numbers (alternating) and got the same thing - all day long. Every now and then I'd try their "local" line (good thing I have free long distance) and sat on hold forever - 25 minutes one time.
Has anybody had experience with them that might give me encouragement - maybe it was just a busy day???? We just need two parts for our grill and it's really frustrating.
I was not a happy camper. Throw into the mix fighting computer problems on DH's laptop and I was have less than cheerful thoughts - bourbon should help that but I hate to think of more of the same tomorrow!
