Brinkman electric gourmet smoker

There is a review on the "Smoking Ribs " webs site. Brinkman filed chapter 11 bankruptcy last year, so parts may become hard to find. 1500 Watts, but no thermostat or temperature control. But for $30..... I'd buy it for a backup, or " overflow" smoker. All you be out would be $30. If that's local, in good shape, and the element works, it's a deal. I sure wouldn't buy it if I had to pay freight, of if I didn't plug it in and be sure it would heat up ( if it's used ). Good luck what ever you decide.

What part of Idaho are you in ?
