I recently inherited a brinkman Cajun charcoal water smoker. It’s mucj larger than my other brinkman smoker. It’s brand new in the box and has been in a basement nearly 20 years possibly more.
Anyone have any experience with these? Any mods would be greatly appreciated. I probably won’t be using it until September as I am getting ready to move so it will remain in the box.
