Haven't decided if I want to do them cured or just brined.
Whatever flops yer mop!
LOL I'll let some one else ask.
Well Pops, Whatever you decide, I'm sure it will be good. Can't wait to see what you come up with.
You must grow your own. The store here doesn't have them.
I've heard they are good if you can figure out how to cook 'em right!
no, these are store bought
I had a really great Henway at "The Brown Saddle" one time!
That one wasn't cured or smoked, but it was awesome!
Here's a thought:
two henways? two different seasoning methods?
try both, and see which one you like best!
I'm a little conservative, I like my henway on the rotisserie.
Nice to see you working hard at it Pops!!
you, sir, have an awesome profile pic. totally OT though...
Looks like today isn't a good day for fishing, so you might as well cure them and then smoke them that is how I would do them...
No body bit pops, oh well.
You know what a good dessert for them henway's would be...you guessed it a,
Pops, Are the done yet?
Ive been having way too much trouble finding them in any stores around here. Where the heck did you get your henways from?
I usually get mine at the local grocery store, sometimes you have to ask the butcher...
I get mine at The Brown Saddle.
They usually have nice ones.
Well, it was designed for today, and as it's almost over, then the answer is...
"..... about 3 lbs...."
Yeah---Nobody asked where "The Brown Saddle" was either!
2' in front of the horses azz.
I think there are too many old guys on this forum---They're wise to these old ones----Works much better on youngsters!
