Started on Friday brining and curing,smoked on Sat. trying to get a lot of smoked goodies in the freezer.Used Pops brine and cure

Using my new Thermometer no problem reading thru 3 walls
Took about 1 1/2 hrs
Started getting ready for T-Day so we had some dbl. baked potatoes
