Was out of bfast so i did 10 lbs bobevans style & 10 lbs of a apple maple both bulk to patty up & cook. Should last for a little while.

They look awesome. We grind our own as well. Once you do that you’ll never go back to that mushy stuff in the plastic tube. AND we know what is in our piggy patties.
So what is Bob Evans style? I’ve seen the restaurants in my travels but do not think I’ve ever eaten at one. B

It is the flavor profile the local sausage supply house sells a seasoning packet that is just like the bob evans sausage. Not a really sage flavor a little peppery, I add a bit extra, & it has some light hints of lemon. My favorite bfast sausage
 
I've done a maple syrup version, too, and for mine at least I had to cook at a lower temp or else it would start to scorch and stick.

I never thought of having any lemon in a batch, I might try that.
