No pizza dough left on the shelves since everyone in Texas thinks the world is about to end with the deep freeze coming in. Talking with the bride, I may break out the stand mixer and make some. I really want to try this

CB, Any type of dough will work. It just has to be pressed out on the thin side but not too thin as to blow out on the rolling up stage.
