Breakfast Anyone?

Here is some of the buckboard bacon I made a while ago, using pops buzzsaw bacon technique. I thawed it in the microwave then fried it in a skillet...MMMMMM SOOO GOOOD! I served it with some stuffed crepes!

Now that is one nice breakfast - Love the crepes. We are going to use some tomorrow for stroganoff from the leftovers this weekend.
