I'm running late on making breads for the market.
Made this mix, was supposed to be for 1 boule but I divided into 2 small ones. Fresh milled hard white 400g, 50g red fife, 50g starter, 11g sea salt.

We have an Amish store not too far from us. We went last Saturday and picked up a loaf of sourdough for 4.99. They make regular soft loaf style, sourdough and yeast bread.

Great looking loaves. I'm betting you get a lot of repeat customers!
