Bread dough?

Wasn't sure where to post this, as the only thread I seen for bread said "recipes only". I have some of those Rhodes dinner rolls, and I was thinking of rolling some of them out in some coarsely grated chedder or mozzy, and smoking it. Unfortunately I have absolutely know idea exactly how to cook something like this on the smoker. I will also be cooking some stuffed burgers too, just need to know what temps, and times on the bread sticks, and what to watch for, or should I bake them most of the way in the oven, and finish them up in the smoker? Thank you.
 
I would cook your burgers then jack the temp up to 350 or so and put them on a foil or parchment paper lined cookie sheet cook till done.
I did these biscuits this morning on the Egg at 350 degrees for about 17 minutes - little smokey flavor, but not too much.
 
Elly don't tell me that you smoke a cake too now???? I don't know about smoking bread but I was sure that it could be done but I didn't think that it has till now. It looks good there ellymae and I know you can get those eggs up to some really high heats too.
 
OK .This is getting good .When i saw the biscuts i hadn't read any of the post and i knew it was elly mae w/o looking. looks good girl.
