I've googled and haven't found one BUT that doesn't mean one doesn't exist.

I'm on my enjoyable path of sourdough bread

second loaf

You can see the bottom is not burnt but man, is it ever hard to slice through. And yes, using a brand new serrated bread knife that is not dollar store brand. For this loaf, I even put my full-width pizza stone on the rack below to deflect the heat. No joy.

I'm using a Hobart 1512 (1940's vintage)

I really didn't want to haul this baby out to slice bread but that bottom crust is something else.

I've been slicing it on its side BUT if a serrated blade exists......??
