Brand new to smoking (Pennsylvania)

Hi all,

I've been browsing as a guest for a few days.  My wife just bought me a Weber Bullet (18.5") for my 40th birthday... never smoked a thing in my life.  Really looking forward to some long days of cooking out by the pool.

Hope to be able to participate once I have a clue here.

Hey J, glad you joined our group. Lots of good information on here, if you are brand new to smoking, try some chicken, (cheep, easy and forgiving) that way you can get the feel of your smoker.
