Brand new Noob here!

Greetings! After years of propane, then a few of a weber genesis on natural gas, I ordered my Woodwind SG with Sear Box (and got my shipping notification today!) I've been staying up late watching YouTube vids from BBQ with Franklin, Baby Back Maniac, Aim'em and Claim'em, Harry Soo and T-Roy Cooks among others. Making my kid really hungry with recipes and such.

I am sure I am going to have a TON of questions, and hope you all are patient (and I'll try the search functions first)! I can't wait to get going!

For now, I need to go figure out how to break my new toy in so I know what to do first when it arrives and figure out which pellets I need to buy in the future (I have a few Camp Chef bags coming)
