Bout to light the ECB. The Trash can has been warming up.
I have salomon that has been brining for about 36 for the cold smoke, and a pre packaged Brisket for the ECB.
Followed somebody's advice using reverse ossmosis to get some of the packaged flavor out. Then I rubbed it down w/ a basic rub.
