I done told ya ya just need to check your wallet at the door when you join. Congrats on the new Weber, now let us help you spend some more on necessary accessories and what not you'll need to go along with it. lol

Wait... who got the better end of that deal??? Im thinking you, great grill and dishwasher. Well done.
I think both of you! The wife will be happier with the wash and the taster meals, and you with the better sanitized dishes, more pride in your offerings and most of all A HAPPY WIFE!

Ya know "Happy Wife, Happy Home, Un happy, well you know how that ends!

Dirty buggers!

It's just me and the wife making standard fare up until this forum. Not many dishes to wash but things promise to get messy.

I got the front shelf for the unit; somebody said that would be a good addition. I figure the WSF would be a solid entry to the smoke world. The ability to sear to 600° F was a major selling point for Mrs. Murphy.

The Mighty Bosch 800 has rave reviews and should be nice. Kind of hard to get these days!

“If mamma ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy. If daddy ain’t happy, ain’t nobody care.”

I’m glad everyone’s happy. It’s always the best when everyone wins. Many happy cooks and cleans to you both.

Thanks, Sven! Should be fun.

I have some sauerkraut fermenting. Wifey wants to see me make a pastrami and, of course, wants sauerkraut to go with. I saw over here how easy it is to make at home. So, now I have JARS to clean... and sanitize... because there's more to ferment...

It never ends.

But you have a good dishwasher for it now!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I love how I can get help for everything here. I'll be hitting that guy (or gal) up for ho for sure.

Thanks, again.
He might have the EX4, I’m not sure about the 6, but he is active in all conversations involving these cookers and will have some insight for sure.

I was gonna tell you to wait on the front shelf. It's practically useless unless the lid is up, then you have to move stuff around to close the lid. There's other options available

You mean you all don't just let the dogs lick the dishes clean? :emoji_blush:

Congratulations on the new smoker and dishwasher! Look forward to seeing it put to use...the smoker that is!

I *knew* this forum was going to cost me a pretty penny...

I bought a Weber EX6 today. It'll be delivered in a few days. I also had to spring for a Bosch 800 dishwasher as a bribe.

I hate this place.

Murph
I am also a SmokeFire EX6 guy. Been at it for about a month. I really like the food it produces. I have nothing to compare it to, but love the smoke flavor and overall ease of use. Just a heads up, Weber has a Stealth version on its website. It has some key changes to the hopper and looks like auger angle.
I would use the hell out of yours and if you have any issues, invoke the 100 day money back guarantee and get the newer one. Just keep that in your back pocket. From some research, it doesn't look like Weber gives people too much of a hassle to take it back. Not trying to rain on your parade at all. I guess I wish I would have waited.

....now wait you got the new smoker before the new Bosch.....??? I got it all wrong, I had to put in the our new Bosch before I could get a new smoker.....I need to take lessons....LOL..

Congrats, chopsaw chopsaw and rexster314 rexster314 know how to work those WSF! They will keep you straight on cooking....
