Bought this thing and took 2 nights to figure it out. First page of directions is wierd, on the right makes scents . Got it right I believe. Ambient differs from volt meter I have which has a themocouple type on the end by 5 degrees. Tried to get alarm to set off by heating up probe. Don't know if got alarm going or what. Any easy goes on this thing. Hate digital but is more accurate I guess. Thanks for any info. Dave
