This smoke is in a mes 40.. rub the rounds around 3lbs each with olive oil and the homemade rub...50/50 Kosher Salt Pepper ( 4 TBS each Salt & Pepper)
1/4 TSP Garlic Powder
1/4 TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Paprika
1/2 TSP Cayenne Pepper
225 started at 3:00pm apple chips

80°@ 400pm added More chips

130@500pm turn temp down to 200

530 turn down to 140it is 136

6:00 138 pulled

sliced a couple pieces for the next day I froze for 4 hours sliced on slicer dipped in au jus made a sandwich

Next time I would slice thinner and less horseradish or add some type of sauce to the horseradish other than that it was great..

Looks great,I plan on buying another slicer as the old 1 was over 30 years old slow and dull,every time I eat something from arby's I vow to get a new 1 lol

PA that's a fine looking sammy. I haven't made RB in a while, hopefully after this darn storm blows thru I can on the stick and make some up. Open faced RB sammy smothered with gravy sounds real good.
